PD Session #5

All session resources are now in the member resources section.

Education Session – Post-Election Alignment: Beyond the MGA Requirements“Political/administrative alignment is critical to a successful start after the fall elections. Unfortunately, this relationship can be vulnerable to role confusion, unclear expectations, poor strategic direction, and/or lack of mutual confidence. Join colleagues for a rapid sharing of good, bad and ugly aspects of elected official orientation programs. Over the 5 regional sessions we will develop a checklist to ensure your readiness.” Gord McIntosh

AMHSA Update for Members

Update: May 15, 2025

Provided By: Laura Swain

AMHSA put on a session on the OHS Proactive Inspections with a guest from the GOA. The link is here: OHS Proactive Inspection Program | AMHSA
If CAOs/Managers have concerns with how the inspections are being carried out, they let us know that they should contact the OHS concern hotline at 780-415-8690 (local) and 1-866-415-8690.
Additionally, if CAOs have significant concerns they want to send to me, I can send them along to AMHSA to pass on to OHS contacts.
Thanks!
