CAO Contract/Compensation Review

text

Way back in the long ago year of 2021, ARMAA conducted its first survey of member CAO contracts. The intent was to generate a base of tangible information that members could use in negotiating/updating their contracts. Or even identify that they should be looking to update their contacts. Many members conveyed that this was a valuable thing and put the data to use. We are happy to announce that this year we will be conducting the survey again and presenting the updated findings at the Annual Conference. Last time around we received 42 responses which is great, but we’re hoping to beat that number this time. Please watch for an invitation to participate in your email inbox!
