Assessment Services is wrapping up inspections. Municipalities 
can expect linear assessment by the end of January and industrial 
assessment by the end of February as normal.There are still a 
number of complaints working their way through the system. 
In some cases this includes a court process.Assessment Services
has hired three (3) more assessors as well as a support staff
member (GIS).The department is still working to integrate a new
mapping system. This is behind schedule and the contract with 
Camelot has been extended for another year. The update/implementation 
of an Audit process to ensure quality control is being worked on
